Home of Indies Unveils Global Indie Line-Up for Gamescom 2025

- International line-up revealed: Studios from around the world present over 50 games
- Concept upgrade includes more space, a stage area, and live streaming from the show floor
Berlin, August 07, 2025 – From August 20 to 24, the Indie Area in Hall 10.2 at Koelnmesse will once again become the heart of independent gaming culture: Home of Indies, the community booth for indie studios and fans of unique games, will showcase a strong international line-up at this year’s Gamescom in Cologne, featuring over 50 games from more than a dozen countries.
Since its debut in 2022, Home of Indies has evolved into one of the most important platforms for indie games at Gamescom. With 440 square meters of booth space and an open philosophy – with no pre-selection of exhibitors – Home of Indies once again offers a stage for studios of all sizes.
“The energy radiating from the indie scene at Gamescom is inspiring every year. Home of Indies stands for openness, diversity, and direct connections between studios and game fans. We’re excited to expand that experience even further this year with more space for encounters and visibility,” says Christiane Gehrke, initiator of Home of Indies and Senior Event Communication & Sales Manager at FACTORY-C.
